You'll be the foundation of our highly productive Real Estate Sales Team earning a solid base salary and bonuses if you meet your goal. We are seeking ONE aggresive APPOINTMENT SETTER to support our agents. This person will cultivate client relationships, set client appointments and manage all leads within the contact management database. This is a phone based position where calls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer specialists.
We are looking for a patient, attentive and perceptive individual who is a good communicator and possesses strong computer skills. Good organizational skills, a sense of humor and the ability to learn quickly is important.You will have the opportunity to start immediately.
